product description DP45XXD is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch with integrated N-channel power MOS, suitable for isolated synchronous rectification applications. It is especially suitable for occasions requiring high efficiency in chargers, and is compatible with both DCM and QR modes. DP45XXD adopts patented technology to provide three power supply modes, which can be flexibly placed on the positive output terminal or the negative output terminal, or powered by the output terminal. When placed on the positive side, no additional auxiliary winding is required. When placed on the negative side, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, two power supply modes are supported. One of them (Figure 4) directly connects VCC to the output for power supply, and does not require additional external capacitors or resistors. In DCM and QR mode, DP45XXD adopts patented technology to avoid false turn-on MOS, and there is no minimum turn-off time limit. This feature makes the output voltage more stable. The DP45XXD adopts precise zero-voltage shutdown, which greatly improves the conduction efficiency of the synchronous rectifier.
